[There were Noise here.
They're gone now.
Yes, all that carbon ash is grisly, especially in this evening light, but it's much better than fully functional Noise. This particular stretch of this seaside walkway is covered in piles of carbon now (not that it'd be pristine to start with, there wasn't an inch of the city that hadn't been covered in - in this bizarre damage).
Even so, Chris doesn't seem to mind. These are clearly her doing, and, for now, she's switched back to normally and is taking a break (to catch her breath).
In case, you know, you wanted to bother her...]

[Upon being expected to order, she looks like a deer caught in the headlights for a moment. Then, quickly, she'll mutter a repeat of whatever Kanade ordered.
